According to the latest information published by cryptocurrency data analysis company Arkham, the information on how much Bitcoin Elon Musk's companies Tesla and SpaceX, which have been much talked about with their previous purchases, have has been updated.
Tesla and SpaceX Have About $1.3 Billion in Bitcoin Together
According to the latest information, the total value of Bitcoin assets of the two companies is currently at $1.3 billion.
On the other hand, when the assets of the two companies are examined individually, it is seen that Tesla has 11,509 BTC worth approximately $760 million. The remaining BTCs are held in cryptocurrency wallets linked to SpaceX.
Both companies use the Coinbase Prime Custody service to store their assets.
Tesla, which once had approximately $2.8 billion worth of BTC despite the BTC price being lower, sold a large amount with the intervention of Elon Musk. Musk stated that the reason for the sale was to prove that BTC had the liquidity to withstand even such a large sale.
However, Musk has previously suspended the sale of Tesla cars with BTC due to concerns surrounding BTC mining. These sales have yet to be reactivated.
