Core Scientific: August Mining Yields 358 BTC, Total Pass Hash Rate of 20.5 EH/s

Bitcoin miner Core Scientific has released its unaudited production and operations report for August 2024, in which it disclosed that it mined 358 BTC in August, down from 411 in July 2024, in addition to selling 375 bitcoins in August, valued at approximately $22.5 million. At the end of the month, the company operated approximately 175,000 of its own bitcoin miners, or roughly 82 percent of the bitcoin miners operating in its data centers, with a total pass-through hash rate of 20.5 EH/s.
