If Bitcoin falls below $57,000, the cumulative long order liquidation intensity of mainstream CEX will reach 845 million
On September 5th, according to Coinglass data, if Bitcoin falls below $57,000, the cumulative long liquidation intensity of mainstream CEX will reach 845 million. Conversely, if Bitcoin surpasses $59,000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity of mainstream CEX will reach 570 million.
Note: The liquidation chart does not show the exact number of contracts to be liquidated or the exact value of contracts to be liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart show the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to adjacent liquidation clusters, that is, intensity.
Therefore, the liquidation chart shows to what extent the underlying price will be affected when it reaches a certain position. Higher "liquidation bars" indicate that there will be a stronger reaction due to the liquidity wave when the price reaches that level.
