Data: According to LayerZero's Q2 report, it has added support for 12 networks, facilitating the transfer of 5 billion dollars in encrypted assets
Messari released the LayerZero Q2 2024 status report, with LayerZero adding support for 12 networks, facilitating the transfer of $5 billion in crypto assets, and increasing the average value per transaction by 78% to over $400. Ethereum network transfers increased by 26% quarter-on-quarter to reach $913 million, mainly due to reduced gas fees from the Dencun upgrade and the introduction of full-chain staking. On June 20th, LayerZero airdropped ZRO tokens to 1.28 million eligible wallets using anti-witch attack measures and "proof-of-donation" mechanisms. In Q2, more than 50 thousand contracts were deployed on full-chain applications (OApp) supported by LayerZero covering gaming, DeFi, AI and other fields. Currently supporting secure communication across more than 80 networks, LayerZero provides interoperability solutions for full-chain applications.
