Telegram CEO is formally charged with 5 million euro bail and is prohibited from leaving France
Paris prosecutors have announced that after four days of questioning by French police, Pavel Durov, CEO of the social media platform "Telegram," has been formally placed under investigation. Durov was released under judicial supervision with the condition of paying a bail of 5 million euros and being prohibited from leaving France.
