Telegram founder Pavel Durov was released from police custody in France on Wednesday after his dramatic arrest at a Paris airport and was referred to court for questioning ahead of a possible indictment, prosecutors told CNN.
The Paris prosecutor's office said the defendant will now “be subject to initial questioning and possibly indictment” at a court in the French capital, Paris, according to CNN.
