David Hirsch, former head of the SEC’s crypto assets and cyber division, joins McGuireWoods LLP
Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed on X that former SEC cryptocurrency and cyber department head David Hirsch has joined law firm McGuireWoods LLP. According to the company announcement, Hirsch's new role will include "extensive securities enforcement practice, including advising clients on matters related to cybersecurity and cryptocurrency assets." Hirsch wrote in an article on LinkedIn, "I am honored to join this nationally renowned law firm to work with clients on regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and cryptocurrency assets, as well as broader traditional regulatory challenges and investigations."
