Fortnite insider reveals LEGO Ninjago collaboration to be released “soon”

Share link:In this post: An insider, Shiina, leaked information on a possible collaboration with LEGO’s Ninjago. LEGO previously collaborated with Fortnite in a separate mode, LEGO Fortnite. Shiina sparked rumors of the collaboration while offering a vague release date of ‘soon.’

Lego’s Ninjago sub-franchise will reportedly be available on Fortnite. According to the insider who leaked the information on X, the Ninjago collaboration will drop on an undisclosed date. The leak revealed that Lord Garmadon, Vex, and Cole are part of the ninja characters in the first wave.

An insider revealed on X that Fortnite will collaborate again with LEGO’s Ninjago. The insider did not reveal a specific release date but disclosed the characters and skins in the new mode.

Fortnite insider leaks Lego Ninjago’s skins 

The game, known for its collaborations with various franchises, is rumored to be gearing up for a new partnership with LEGO. An insider revealed on X that the two companies are set for LEGO’s Ninjago collaboration. The insider also revealed new characters and buildings in the upcoming collaboration.

Shiina previously leaked that the Ninjago collaboration would be released later this season. The new leak suggests a closer release date for the crossover. The leak also revealed confirmed skins in Fortnite Ninjago.

In the initial leak, the Egyptian insider stated that the Ninjago collaboration would include a lot of content’ for LEGO Fortnite, including Ninjago’s buildings and bosses.

The insider speculated that Blizzard Archers and Blizzard Sword Masters would feature in the collaboration. The Blizzard Samurai warrior group was reportedly featured in LEGO Ninjago season 11 under General Vex.

Shiina did not reveal details of the battle royale’s skin in the first leak last year. Shiina revealed in the latest leak the confirmed skins would include Vex and other unspecified ninjas.

Leak confirms Epic’s commitment with LEGO for the Metaverse project

LEGO Ninjago was released by the Brick company 13 years ago after the success of its predecessor, LEGO Ninja Brand.

Ninjago released a movie, The LEGO Ninjago movie, a video game, and a television series, Nonjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, after its launch that drove the subfranchise’s popularity among children.

The potential collaboration is rumored to attract more Fortnite players, even those who did not participate in the battle royale.

Fortnite collaborated with Lego last year in Chapter 5 by introducing a new LEGO Fortnite mode. The collaboration reportedly gained over 2.5 million players on its launch weekend, with a daily player peak of over 2 million in December.

The player count data revealed that LEGO Fortnite mode overtook the Battle Royale map players in less than a week. The Fortnite crossover was launched on December 7 and allowed players to collect bricks and later use them to craft a wide assortment of products.

Epic Games and LEGO announced a metaverse-focused partnership in 2022 for children and families. The game, built around a violent first-person shooter, reportedly aims to attract a younger audience to the platform, which is widely popular with older audiences.
