Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has reached a critical point in his legal battle, and he is seeking to raise more funds to deal with the lawsuit. Last month a court in the Netherlands announced that it had refused to release Alexey Pertsev, so he has had to prepare a further appeal.
