Former Instagram and Facebook exec David Swain joins Paradigm as chief marketing officer
David Swain, a former high-ranking executive at Instagram and Facebook, has joined crypto venture capital firm Paradigm as Chief Marketing Officer. Swain's appointment comes shortly after Paradigm raised $850 million for its third fund in June, which aims to invest in early-stage crypto projects.
According to Swain's LinkedIn profile, he previously served as Global Communications Lead at Instagram and Senior Director of Technical Communications at Facebook. He also served as Vice President of Global Partnerships at Strava, a social fitness app and community with over 120 million members.
