This address is likely owned by Elwood. In the past day, Elwood minted and transferred 75 million USDC from Circle into CEX and then withdrew ETH worth $75 million (24,463.3 coins) through this address from CEX.
- On the evening of July 9th, they transferred in 50 million USDC to CEX and in the early morning of July 10th they withdrew ETH valued at $50 million (16,448.7 coins) from CEX.
- On the night of July 10th they transferred in another batch of USDC - this time it was only about two-and-a-half-million tokens - into their account on CEX; then during early morning hours on July11th ,they proceeded with withdrawing Ethereum that had a market value equivalent to those same millions dollars(8,014.6 coins).
