Grayscale: ETHE will distribute 10% of its ETH holdings to the ETH Mini Trust, with the record date being July 18
Grayscale has announced that it will set July 18, 2024 as the record date for the first creation and distribution of Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (ETH Mini Trust) shares to Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) shareholders. After obtaining regulatory approval, Grayscale plans to list ETH Mini Trust on the New York Stock Exchange Arca with the stock code "ETH".
In addition, in the first distribution, ETHE will contribute 10% of its Ethereum holdings held at 4:00 pm Eastern Time on the record date to ETH Mini Trust, and each holder of ETHE shares held at 4:00 pm Eastern Time on the record date will have the right to receive ETH Mini Trust shares in a 1:1 ratio.
