Steve Kurz: Expect to launch spot Ethereum ETF in July, and optimistic about more cryptocurrency ETFs

Steve Kurz, the head of asset management at Galaxy Digital, said that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) may approve a spot Ethereum ETF before the end of July and hold a positive attitude towards more cryptocurrency ETFs. Kurz stated that approval is expected to be obtained in a few weeks rather than a few days or a month. In addition, Galaxy has been working with the SEC for several months and noted that its upcoming spot Ethereum ETF is similar to its existing spot Bitcoin ETF (BTCO). Galaxy has partnered with investment management firm Invesco to create both funds.
