US Securities and Exchange Commission announced that it is accusing Meta Materials and its former CEO of market manipulation, fraud, and other illegal activities. The US Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Meta Materials and its former CEO John Brda and George Palikaras. The company has agreed to settle the US Securities and Exchange Commission's charges in an administrative proceeding, while the US Securities and Exchange Commission's lawsuit against Brda and Palikaras will proceed in federal district court.
