Odaily News Negentropy Fund partner Billy Wen posted on the X platform that if the Slerf project Dev meets the four requirements he proposed, he will invest in the purchase of Slerf NFT to support the project to complete the refund of the remaining 12,000 SOLs of pre-sale investors within three months. The four requirements include: no more new tokens, building a community governance model based on DAO, taking an open attitude to communicate with the Chinese community, and carefully choosing project partners to cooperate with.
