Multiple U.S. states revoke or refuse to renew Binance’s U.S. money transmitter license
According to due to compliance issues and legal disputes involving former CEO of Binance, Zhao Changpeng (CZ), several states in the United States have revoked or refused to renew Binance US's money transfer institution license. The financial regulatory agency in North Dakota stated that North Dakota has joined Alaska, Florida, Maine, North Carolina, and Oregon in taking similar actions to revoke or refuse to renew BAM Trading Services' money transfer license.
