Odaily News Fed Chairman Barkin said that he strongly felt that interest rates were at a restrictive level, and that a scenario of cutting interest rates once and then keeping them unchanged might be reasonable. He also said that he would always keep an open mind and adjust interest rates based on data. (Jinshi)
