MetaMask has launched joint staking service
MetaMask has launched a Pooled Staking service that allows users to stake any amount of ETH. MetaMask states that users need 32 ETH to become validators, a standard that 99% of holders cannot meet. The service is currently only available to a small group of users and is expected to be rolled out to a wider audience soon. However, it will not initially be available in the US or UK. Pooled Staking is a staking method in Ethereum that allows users to deposit their Ethereum into a large staking pool, where pool operators perform node operations and fund management.
