Request Finance: Some jobs in the Web3 industry earn 128% more than traditional finance
Web3 Finance Club and Request Finance have released the results of a salary survey for Web3 finance professionals, which shows that their income is significantly higher than that of their peers in traditional finance positions, with an average growth of 27%. Some positions (such as accountants) have incomes that are 128% higher, but there is still a significant gender pay gap, with women earning an average of 46% less than men. In addition, 92% of respondents work remotely, far exceeding the global average, reflecting the modern and flexible nature of Web3 roles.
