Vanguard spokesperson: The platform will not offer the proposed Ethereum spot ETF product for the time being

A Vanguard spokesperson stated that while we continuously evaluate our brokerage (products) and new products entering the market, a spot Ethereum ETF will not be available for purchase on the Vanguard platform. The representative reiterated this week that we believe cryptocurrency products are not consistent with our focus on asset classes such as stocks, bonds, and cash, which are the foundation of a balanced long-term investment portfolio.
