Conflux v2.4.0 test network upgrade is planned to be carried out on May 30

According to news on May 27, Conflux Network announced that it will upgrade the Conflux v2.4.0 test network at block height 173520000, which is expected to be at 15:00 on May 30. This upgrade includes 12 CIPs, 11 CIPs are expected to be activated at 23:00 on May 30, and CIP-136 is expected to be activated at 3:00 on May 31.
