Conduit supports Arbitrum Stylus on testnet

Conduit supports testing Arbitrum Stylus on the test network. Users can write contracts in Rust or any language that can be compiled into WASM. The computing power is increased by more than 10 times and the memory is increased by 100 times. EVM contracts can seamlessly interact with Stylus contracts.
