Musk plans to build xAI supercomputer
Founder of artificial intelligence company xAI, Musk, stated in an investor presentation that the company plans to use 100,000 dedicated computing chips to create a massive supercomputer, which he calls the "computing power super factory". Musk hopes to have this supercomputer up and running by the fall of 2025 and personally take responsibility for delivering it on time. Once completed, the chip group connected to the computer will be at least four times the size of the largest existing GPU cluster.
