Montenegrin court refuses to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea
The Montenegrin court revoked the order to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea on Friday. He was wanted by South Korea for his alleged involvement in the collapse of Terra company worth billions of dollars. The Montenegrin appeals court stated in a statement that the case will be returned to the "first instance court for retrial and decision".
