Nigerian judge: Binance executive Gambaryan may be arraigned on June 14
A Nigerian court has postponed the tax evasion case against a Binance executive until next month. On Wednesday, authorities failed to bring Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan, who is accused in the case, to court, leading to the postponement. Neither Nigerian authorities nor Binance have provided an explanation for Gambaryan's absence. Tax agency lawyer Moses Ideho said it is expected that Gambaryan will be charged by the Nigerian Correctional Service. Judge Emeka Nwite has set June 14 as a possible date for the trial of Binance and Gambaryan.
