Biden Campaign Team Plans to Hire Meme Manager to Garner Support from Young Voters
PANews, May 22 - According to The Washington Times, Biden's campaign team is planning to hire a "meme manager" to attract young voters. Facing difficulties in connecting with Gen Z voters, the Biden team hopes to increase engagement with young voters by managing internet content and memes. The team has already started using "Dark Brandon" memes, a character that originated from a misheard event and was later adopted by the Biden team as a form of self-deprecation and a way to appeal to young people. Despite numerous challenges during the campaign, such as responses to the Israel-Hamas conflict and the ban on TikTok, the team hopes this new strategy will bolster support among young voters.
