PANews reported on May 22 that, according to the official blog, Animoca Brands announced its plan to purchase additional EDU tokens from the open market. EDU is the governance and utility token used by the Web3 education protocol Open Campus. Animoca Brands expressed its firm support for the work of Open Campus and the EDU Foundation, particularly including the upcoming launch of EDU Chain, an L3 chain specifically designed for the global education industry.

Earlier today, it was reported that Open Campus is about to sell the main nodes of EDU Chain, with details to be announced in June.
