Ripple's Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty described US SEC Chairman Gary Gensler as "a struggling burden" as speculation around the approval of a spot Ethereum ETF intensifies. In response to discussions about the US SEC becoming a hot topic before the election, Alderoty wrote on X: "Gary Gensler has gone too far."
