According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the smart money 0xf2B...13048, who previously profited 22 times from trading ETH, purchased 5,697 ETH at an average price of $3,497 in the past hour, worth $19.92 million. This whale had previously built a position in ETH at an average price of $179 between 2017 and 2021, and later sold it in March for a profit of $59.06 million. Currently, the ETH purchased is stored in Maker and 10 million DAI is borrowed against it.
