Skate is about to launch the Universal EVM App on the Solana chain
Skate recently announced on the X platform that the Universal EVM App will soon be released on the Solana blockchain. Skate has already executed a taskID from the Skate Nollie testnet on Solana's testnet through its EigenLayer Preconfirmation Layer AVS. By utilizing EigenLayer's economic trust model, Skate's pre-confirmation layer AVS provides high security for Skate's universal application on Solana, promoting network effects between Ethereum and Solana ecosystems. Skate will soon open the testnet to the Skate community for testing on some SOL-id rails. Earlier, the on-chain asset management protocol Range Protocol announced that it will launch a intent-focused universal application layer called Skate. Skate aims to solve the problem of application fragmentation in a multi-chain environment and can serve as a single center for on-chain code deployment. In addition to the underlying interoperability network, Skate will also connect to other blockchains through a Fast Finality Network protected by EigenLayer's active verification service (AVS) to achieve intent-driven cross-chain instant settlement. Skate will launch its mainnet in 2024 and will introduce incentive-based testnet activities to community members over the next few months.
