LayerZero CEO: Witch Hunt Bounty Program to Be Paused for One to Two Days Due to Numerous Reports
PANews reported on May 20 that Bryan Pellegrino, CEO of LayerZero Labs, announced that the witch hunt bounty program would be paused for one to two days to adjust its design. According to Pellegrino, within a few hours of the bounty program's launch, LayerZero had received over 3,000 witch reports and 30,000 appeals. To address these issues, the reporting process will be paused for "the next one to two days." Pellegrino proposed a possible solution of requiring a 0.02 ETH fee to submit a report, in order to reduce automated system reports.
