K33 Research senior analyst: As of the end of March, 937 professional companies have invested in US spot ETFs

Vetle Lunde, a senior analyst at K33 Research, stated on X platform that as of March 31st, 937 professional companies had invested in US spot ETFs. In contrast, there were 95 professional companies investing in gold ETFs (Bitwise) in the first quarter. Retail investors hold most of the float. As of the end of the first quarter, professional investors held an exposure of $1.106 billion, accounting for 18.7% of Bitcoin ETF AUM. Overall, the largest ETFs attracted the most institutional funds, and ARKB and HODL gained greater institutional dominance, thanks to ARK and VanEck's allocation to these ETFs.
