Synechron acquires iGreenData to enhance digital transformation leadership
New York-based digital transformation consulting firm Synechron has acquired Melbourne-based data solutions company iGreenData. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. The acquisition will strengthen Synechron's digital transformation capabilities by combining its agile approach with iGreenData's expertise in cloud technology and lean data engineering practices. Synechron, led by CEO Faisal Husain, offers end-to-end technologies and optimization strategies for financial services and technology firms, with a global workforce of over 14,000 and offices in 20 countries.
