Coolpad Group has conducted a series of public market acquisitions through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital Tech Inc., involving an amount exceeding 5% but less than 25% of the applicable percentage rate, which constitutes a transaction that must be disclosed according to listing rules. Specifically, Digital Tech acquired 1,500,000 shares of CLSK stock at a total cost of approximately $23.84 million between April 16 and May 8, 2024, equivalent to approximately $15.89 per share of CLSK stock; and it also acquired 113,000 shares of IBIT stock at a total cost of approximately $4.03 million between April 19 and May 8, 2024, equivalent to approximately $35.64 per share of IBIT stock.
CLSK is a bitcoin mining company registered in Nevada, USA, and its common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market. Coolpad Group's business introduction mentions that the company is actively exploring new business opportunities, especially in the Web3.0 and digital currency fields, in addition to traditional mobile phone and accessory production and sales.
