Patrick McHenry: Supports overturning SEC rules that prevent regulated financial companies from hosting Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies
US Congressman Patrick McHenry has given a speech supporting the overturning of regulations by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that prevent regulated financial companies from holding Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. McHenry believes that banks should also hold spot Bitcoin ETF funds.
