Zug-based firm Style Protocol has secured $2.5m in seed funding from investors including Morningstar Ventures, Dutch Crypto Investors, GBV Capital, Protocol Labs and Alpha Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to expand its operations and development efforts. Style Protocol aims to enable gamers to use NFTs and other virtual assets in any game, anywhere, with a focus on interoperability to enhance adoption and deliver a better experience for players. The platform is built on Polkadot and is designed to tackle a key barrier to adoption by allowing in-game items and NFTs to travel between virtual worlds.
