Data: NFT sales in April fell by more than 31% month-on-month
Cryptoslam.io data, NFT sales in April were about $1.15 billion, a 31.26% decrease from March. The number of NFT buyers also decreased by 51.88%, while the number of sellers decreased by 45.72% during the same period. Among the 24 blockchain networks that mint NFTs, Bitcoin became the leader last month with sales of $597.62 million. However, in April, BTC-based NFT sales still decreased by 4.3% compared to March. Ethereum NFT sales decreased significantly, dropping to $247.32 million, a 56.8% decrease from the previous month. NFT sales based on SOL decreased by 39.4% to just over $159 million.
