Founder of Amaranth Foundation James Fickel spent 5 million USDC to buy 1697 ETH at a price of $2946, as monitored by on-chain analyst Yu Jin 7 hours ago. Reportedly, James Fickel has been long on the ETH/BTC exchange rate since the beginning of January this year: he has borrowed 2321 WBTC (134 million US dollars) from Aave by mortgaging ETH, and then sold it for 42,325 ETH. The cost of the ETH/BTC exchange rate is 0.0548. The current ETH/BTC exchange rate price is 0.0508, which means his exchange rate long position is currently floating at a loss of about 9.8 million US dollars (-7.3%).
