Data: More than $6.3 billion worth of Bitcoin options on Deribit will expire this Friday
According to The Block, Bitcoin options worth over $6.3 billion and Ethereum options worth over $3 billion will expire on Friday. However, the situation with Ethereum options shows that the number of put options and call options is significantly lower than the ratio for Bitcoin. For Ethereum contracts, the ratio of put options to call options before the Friday expiration is low at 0.49. It is reported that a ratio of less than 1 for put options to call options indicates that the trading volume for call options exceeds that for put options, and also indicates bullish sentiment in the market.
