L2 Network Mode Announces First Month Allocation of DevDrop
On April 24th, it was announced that the allocation of the first month (March 2024) of DevDrop based on the L2 network Mode of OP Stack will be distributed to multiple teams within the next 7 days. The projects that received the allocation include Renzo, StakeStone, IONIC Protocol, and others. The project team will receive a certain number of NFTs based on their DevDrop score, including Mode Photons and ModeOrbs, where the number of Photons is 10 times that of Orbs.
The on-chain standards for DevDrop are determined by TVL, transaction fees, trading volume, and users, as well as whether the project is native and its functionality, and whether it has a multiplier through incentive mechanisms to mitigate liquidity imbalances and deployment time. Mode stated that projects that do not distribute DevDrop to users will have their DevDrop cancelled and will be removed from any future distributions, and projects that do not distribute DevDrop in a timely manner will also be removed from the program.
