Soochow Securities: The key factor in the scale of capital inflows into Hong Kong Bitcoin spot ETFs lies in whether southbound funds can enter
Golden Finance reported that Dongwu Securities has released an analysis report on the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs in Hong Kong, which pointed out that the key factor determining the scale of funds flowing into Hong Kong Bitcoin spot ETFs is whether southbound funds can enter and whether they can attract funds from Asian regions such as Japan and South Korea. In addition, the issuers of virtual asset futures ETFs may face capital outflows. Compared with spot ETFs, futures ETFs are restricted by contract updates and transaction fees, and coupled with the advantages of spot ETFs in liquidity and price tracking capabilities, funds may shift from Bitcoin futures ETFs to spot ETFs.
