Veremark, a blockchain recruitment and background check service company based in London, announced the completion of a £2.4 million financing round, led by Samaipata and Stage 2 Capital, with participation from ACF Investors and Vulpes Investment. The valuation information has not been disclosed. Verepass has launched a blockchain-based "professional passport" service, which allows job seekers to manage their verified certificates using it. The use of blockchain technology means that professional certificates can be "reused and have higher trust in the integrity of the results."
