Decentralized GPU infrastructure startup GPU.net announced the completion of a $5.25 million Series A financing round, with participation from Momentum 6, Spicy Capital, Exnetwork Capital, BlackDragon, Crypto Banter, as well as angel investors Alex Becker and EllioTrader. The specific valuation information has not been disclosed. GPU.Net currently provides support for next-generation generative AI, Web3 metaverse, high-end graphics rendering, and cryptocurrency mining, with the goal of becoming a generative processing unit that initially supports multi-functional GPU tasks such as 3D, AI, and research and ultimately transforms into a fully decentralized universal unit network.
