BitMEX co-founder Ben Delo faces class-action lawsuit for alleged market manipulation
BitMEX co-founder Ben Delo will face a collective lawsuit from users. US District Judge Andrew Carter ruled that Ben Delo played a key role in the plan to manipulate prices on the cryptocurrency exchange. This decision was made after Ben Delo requested the dismissal of the lawsuit. However, Andrew Carter believed that he played an important role in designing the liquidation system, which allowed BitMEX to profit from the so-called manipulation.
