SingularityNET, Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol have proposed a token merger, voting has begun
The voting for the proposal to merge tokens by SingularityNET, Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol has now begun, with the vote scheduled to end at 12:00 noon UTC on April 16 (20:00 Beijing time). These three platforms are discussing merging their tokens into ASI token, with an estimated FDV of about $7.5 billion.
Although these three platforms will continue to operate as independent entities, they will collaborate under the guidance of the Superintelligence Collective Management Committee. Ben Goertzel, founder and CEO of SingularityNET, will serve as CEO of Superintelligence Collective while Humayun Sheikh, CEO of Fetch.ai will serve as chairman.
