0G Labs Raises $35 Million in Pre-Seed Round to Develop Modular AI Blockchain for Web3 Ecosystem
Web3 infrastructure company, 0G Labs, has secured $35 million in a pre-seed round to develop a modular AI blockchain that aims to improve the speed and cost efficiency of on-chain AI applications. Competitors Celestia and EigenLayer are also focused on modularity. The funds will be used to expand 0G's market functionality, community, and ecosystem by hiring engineers. The company claims its chain will be faster and cheaper than competitors, with a throughput of 50 Gbps, and aims to launch on mainnet by Q3 2021.
