On March 26th, GrayScale's Chief Legal Officer Craig Salm posted on social media that there is no need for the market to have a pessimistic view on the approval of the Ethereum spot ETF in May just because the SEC has not had in-depth discussions with issuers yet. This is because GrayScale and other issuers have had active and constructive discussions with the SEC several months before the launch of the Bitcoin spot ETF, and consensus has been reached on creation/redemption procedures, cash and physical settlement, AP, LP, custody, and other details. These issues do not need to be discussed again for the Ethereum spot ETF.
