Bloomberg: Bitcoin buying in Argentina rises to highest level in 20 months
According to Bloomberg, Argentina is one of the countries with the highest adoption rate of cryptocurrencies, and the amount of Bitcoin purchased by local cryptocurrency exchange Lemon is close to the highest weekly value in nearly 20 months. This exchange is the most popular among retail customers in this South American country.It is reported that Argentines buy Bitcoin to protect themselves from the impact of 276% inflation, rather than rushing to exchange pesos for dollars.
