Spirit Blockchain Capital launches non-brokerage private placement financing, expected to raise total capital of CAD 2.5 million
Golden Finance reported that blockchain investment firm Spirit Blockchain Capital announced the launch of non-brokered private financing, including the issuance of up to 10 million common stock units at a price of 0.05 Canadian dollars per unit, with a maximum fundraising of 500,000 Canadian dollars, and the issuance of convertible notes with a maximum of 2 million Canadian dollars. The total expected financing is 2.5 million Canadian dollars. Spirit Blockchain Capital will use the funds raised for investment in blockchain-focused stocks, as well as general and management expenses. It is reported that this issuance requires approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
