The Financial Services Commission of South Korea announced that it will revise the "Act on Reporting and Use of Specific Financial Transaction Information" (referred to as the "Specific Financial Information Act") to improve the reporting process of virtual asset business operators, improve related reporting systems, and address additional needs identified during the operation of the virtual asset business reporting system.
